Greg.. that's usually associated with high ammonia levels. I'd go with Alow... 50% w/c.

has anyone used any aerosols or cleaners around the tank? Is the whole tank affected or just a few fish? I would do a 75% WC stat then 59% for 3 days then 20% 3 days. Sounds like water parameters are off or something get into the water column. If using an air pump change the filter on the bottom just in case.
